Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on PlayNXC ("the Platform") you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that participating in browser games for cryptocurrency rewards is lawful in your jurisdiction. PlayNXC is not available in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

3. Account Rules

Each individual may hold one account only.
Account credentials must not be shared.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts found to belong to the same person will all be suspended permanently.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

You agree not to use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, browser extensions that automate actions, or any third-party software that gives an unfair advantage. Scores must be achieved through genuine human play. We reserve the right to invalidate any game session we determine to be fraudulent without notice.

5. NXC Gems

NXC Gems are earned through gameplay and platform activities — including contests, PTC ads, Shortlinks, the Offerwall, quests, streaks, levels, achievements, and referrals. They may be withdrawn as TRX, XRP or BTC subject to eligibility rules.
PlayNXC may adjust gem earn rates, conversion rates, and withdrawal minimums at any time.
Gems do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
Gems held in suspended accounts may be forfeited.
Offerwall & Shortlink reversals: gems earned via the Offerwall or a partner Shortlink offer (CPX Research, TimeWall, BitcoTasks, Cxua, AoyTasks, AdvertsReward, AdsLab, or any future partner) are provisional until the partner network confirms the completion. If a partner later reports a submission as fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid, PlayNXC will reverse (debit) the corresponding gems from your balance, even if they were already spent or partially withdrawn. Repeated invalid submissions may result in your account being blocked from earning through the Offerwall or Shortlinks, or account suspension under Section 9.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to:

Account age of at least 7 days.
A minimum of 10 games played.
Minimum gem balance: 100 gems (FaucetPay/TRX) or 100 gems (FaucetPay/XRP) or 100 gems (FaucetPay/BTC) or 500,000 gems (TronLink/TRX).
No existing pending withdrawal.

PlayNXC processes FaucetPay withdrawals (TRX, XRP and BTC) automatically and TronLink/TRX withdrawals to your TRON wallet. Processing times may vary.

6b. Coupons & Advertising

Coupon codes issued by PlayNXC may only be redeemed once per account and may expire or be limited in supply at our discretion.
The Advertise feature lets you spend gems to run a PTC ad campaign shown to other players. Campaigns are subject to admin review and our content guidelines, and gems spent on an approved, live campaign are non-refundable except at PlayNXC's discretion.

7. No Guarantee of Earnings

PlayNXC does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and outside our control. You acknowledge the financial risk associated with cryptocurrency assets.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not: create multiple accounts; use automated tools; manipulate game scores; attempt to exploit platform bugs for financial gain; engage in money laundering through the platform; harass other users.

9. Suspension & Termination

PlayNXC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms. Gems in suspended accounts may be forfeited. We are not required to provide prior notice before suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

PlayNXC is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including cryptocurrency market losses, platform downtime, or loss of gem balance due to technical issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be required to re-accept if terms change materially. Continued use of the platform after minor changes constitutes acceptance.
