Privacy Policy — PlayNXC

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you sign in, we receive:

Google: your Google account ID, name, email address, and profile picture.
Telegram: your Telegram user ID, name, username, and profile picture (Telegram does not share your phone number).
FaucetPay email: the email address you enter, which we check with FaucetPay to confirm it belongs to a FaucetPay account.

When you use the Platform, we also collect:

Your IP address at registration and login, and whenever you request an offer or shortlink listing (see Section 3).
A device fingerprint (a hash of your browser User-Agent and language settings) used to detect multi-account abuse.
Game session data: scores, pipes passed, gems earned, timestamps.
Transaction records: gem credits and debits, withdrawal requests.
PTC, Shortlink, quest, contest, level, and achievement activity and progress needed to track and pay out your rewards.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and secure your account.
To detect and prevent fraud and multi-account abuse.
To calculate and distribute contest prizes and rewards.
To process withdrawal requests via FaucetPay or Binance.
To communicate platform updates and announcements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

FaucetPay — your registered FaucetPay email is sent to process TRX, XRP and BTC withdrawals.
TRON network — your TRON wallet address is used for TRC20 deposits and withdrawals; blockchain transactions are publicly visible.
Google — as part of the OAuth sign-in process. Google's privacy policy applies.
Offerwall and Shortlink partner networks (CPX Research, TimeWall, BitcoTasks, Cxua, AoyTasks, AdvertsReward, AdsLab, and Offerwall.me) — when you open the Offerwall or the PTC/Shortlink pages, we send your PlayNXC user ID and current IP address to whichever partner's offers or shortlinks you're viewing, so they can select offers for you and confirm completions back to us. Completing an offer through one of these partners is also subject to that partner's own privacy policy and terms.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use:

A session cookie to keep you signed in (HttpOnly, secure).
localStorage for your sound preferences and cookie consent status.

We do not set advertising tracking cookies ourselves. Offerwall content embedded from partner networks (Section 3) may set their own cookies on their own domains, subject to their own cookie policies.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained indefinitely for accounting purposes. Device fingerprint records are retained to prevent abuse.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Note that transaction records may be retained for legal compliance. Account deletion does not affect gem balance forfeiture decisions made for policy violations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including prepared SQL statements, CSRF protection, and HttpOnly session cookies. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

PlayNXC is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
