Withdrawing on PlayNXC comes down to three questions: are you eligible yet, how does your gem balance become TRX, and which payout route should you use. Here's the full picture.
Eligibility requirements
Withdrawals aren't open from day one — a few basic checks exist to keep the payout system sustainable and cut down on abuse:
- Your account needs to be at least 7 days old.
- You need to have played at least 10 games total.
- Your gem balance needs to clear the current minimum for the payout method you're using.
- You can't have another withdrawal already pending.
- There's a cooldown period between successive withdrawal requests once your first one is processed.
Current minimums and the cooldown length are shown live on the Withdrawal page and in the FAQ — they're admin-configurable, so always check there rather than relying on a number you saw somewhere else, including this article.
How gems become TRX
Your gem balance isn't a fixed TRX amount sitting in escrow — it converts at the moment you withdraw, using a live TRX/USD rate pulled from CoinGecko combined with the platform's gem-to-USD rate. That means the exact TRX amount you receive for a given gem balance can shift slightly with the crypto market between the day you earned the gems and the day you cash out. This is standard for reward platforms tied to a volatile asset, and it cuts both ways — a market dip means fewer TRX per gem, a rally means more.
FaucetPay vs. direct TRC20/BSC wallet
PlayNXC supports two payout routes:
- FaucetPay — if you have a FaucetPay account linked, payouts are processed automatically once you submit the request. This is the fastest route for most players.
- Direct wallet (TRC20 / BSC) — sending straight to a TronLink or other compatible wallet address is handled manually by an admin rather than an instant API call, since it's a direct on-chain transfer rather than an internal FaucetPay credit. This route can take longer, and carries a small network fee (paid in gems, shown before you confirm) to cover the actual blockchain transaction cost.
If you want the fastest possible payout and don't already use a TRON wallet directly, setting up a free FaucetPay account before you hit the minimum is worth doing in advance.
Before you submit a request
A few things worth double-checking to avoid a rejected or delayed withdrawal:
- Make sure your FaucetPay email or wallet address is typed correctly — payouts can't be reversed once sent on-chain.
- Confirm you're above the minimum for the method you picked — FaucetPay and direct-wallet minimums differ.
- If you have a withdrawal already pending, wait for it to resolve before submitting another.
Once submitted, you can track the status of your request from your account. If something looks stuck longer than expected, the Contact page is the right place to ask — have your request date handy.
Why the requirements exist
The account-age, games-played, and cooldown rules aren't there to make withdrawing harder for genuine players — they exist because instant, zero-friction payouts are exactly what bot and multi-account abuse target first. Keeping a short on-ramp before the first payout, and spacing out repeat requests, is what keeps the reward pool sustainable for everyone actually playing.
